Pair of Re-manufactured Seat Ibiza Cupra 6L Seat Sport 4 Pot Calipers AP Racing. Brake pad pins not shown in the pictures but they are included (brand new). Calipers have been re-manufactured to the highest standard by professional workshop (invoice will be included).

Calipers were disassembled into their primary components. Chemical cleaning was employed to remove residues of greases, brake fluids, etc. Additionally, old coatings of rust, deposits, paints, etc. Were removed using various chemical agents and abrasives (of various granulations: sand, corundum, glass, soda, steel shot) depending on the surface being cleaned.

Threads in the calipers were cleaned/repaired, and areas requiring it were polished, honed, and repaired. Imperfections were addressed, and areas that were most visible after assembly in the car underwent grinding, etc.

Brake calipers were degreased, and areas that could not be painted were protected. Painting of brake calipers was carried out to the high standard. Calipers were assembled with new seals, pistons, sliders, guides, pins, screws, hoses, as well as new bleeders, etc.

Unavailable parts were repaired or reproduced and zinc-coated, etc. Professional greases of the highest available quality were utilized. Pressure tightness, mechanics, and proper operation were meticulously checked. Calipers are lubricated and ready for installation; they only needed to be bled.

Only paints resistant to high temperatures of 150°C, 250°C, or more were used. Ordinary bodywork paints were strictly avoided, as they did not meet quality standards, lacking resistance to high temperatures. In accordance with recommendations from well-known brake caliper manufacturers, powder paints were not utilized.
