REFURBISHED SUZUKI HAYABUSA, KAWASAKI ZXR9. CALLIPERS WITH ALL NEW STAINLESS STEEL FITTINGS.

This pair of SUZUKI HAYABUSA/KAWASAKI ZXR9 along with many other models with 90mm fixing centres callipers have been stripped and rebuilt with all new Stainless steel fixings.. THESE CALIPERS HAVE 90MM CENTRES AND 4 x 24mm & 8 x 27mm PISTONS..

Stripped, media blasted and then sonically cleaned. Masked and then re-sprayed in satin'GOLD' brake calliper paint. New hydraulic and double lipped dust seals installed using the correct red rubber grease.

All 4 of the 24mm and 8 x 27mm pistons have been cleaned, inspected and polished. Pistons installed using the correct red rubber grease.

Then reassembled using new calliper joint seals. New Stainless Steel cap head pinch bolts torqued to correct setting. New Stainless Steel banjo bolts plus 4 new copper crush washers. New Stainless Steel cap head spring plate screws. Two new Stainless Steel bleed nipples with 2 new rubber dust covers. Also supplied with 2 new brake slider pins along with 2'R' clips and the spring plates. All they need is your own choice of brake pads.
